Registration Cancellation

 

Terms of Cancellation:
1. Any request by Customer to cancel an Adobe registration must be received in writing and confirmed by Adobe. If such confirmed request was received at least ten (10) business days before the start of the applicable course, Customer my reschedule the canceled course without additional charge. If such confirmed request was received less than ten (10) days before the start of the applicable course, Adobe may charge Customer the costs incurred as a result of such late cancellation. If Customer fails to complete a rescheduled course within twelve (12) months of original notice of cancellation, Customer will forfeit all Fees applicable to such course.

2. If a registered attendee does not show up for the scheduled course, Customer will forfeit all Fees applicable to such course.

3. Adobe reserves the right to cancel training at any time. In the event of such cancellation, Customer may choose to (i) receive a full refund of applicable Fees, or (ii) reschedule for an alternate course. In the event that Customer chooses to reschedule, but fails to complete the rescheduled course within twelve (12) months of original notice of cancellation, Customer will forfeit all Fees applicable to such course.

No-Show Policy: If a registered student does not show up for class, he/she shall forfeit the full tuition fee.

Scheduling Policy: Adobe reserves the right to cancel training at any time. Where training is canceled such training will be re-booked but must be taken within one year of the canceled training. Where training is not taken within one year the full training fee is forfeited.
