2018 Stroke Camp

Spectrum Health Stroke Camp is intended to be a day of relaxation and fun, while also providing education and awareness regarding stroke and stroke prevention. Stroke Camp will provide a wide variety of activities and mini-lectures which are geared specifically towards stroke survivors and their caregivers. Stroke survivors are encouraged to attend with a caregiver.

Lunch will be provided, please notify us of any dietary needs below.

If you require hands-on assistance with using the bathroom or other personal care tasks, please ensure your caregiver is present and able to provide this assistance.
