Mercy Springfield Young Professionals Registration

Catherine McAuley said, “A good beginning is of great importance”, reminding us of our responsibility to engage the young professionals entering our workforce and those early in their professional careers in our values, mission and charism. We invite everyone young in age, young in their career or young at heart to join Mercy Springfield's young professional's network Mercy YPs.

We are inspired by the example Catherine set by empowering those around her. Our vision is made up of two pillars:

Become the employer of choice for young professionals in our community by fostering a culture of mentorship, development and engagement.
Ensure Mercy is a trusted community partner by representing the organization at community events, being present in the communities we serve and cultivating a passion for volunteerism.

By connecting young professionals to the Mercy mission and values and planting roots in the communities we serve we can improve retention and sustain the Ministry into perpetuity.

Registration is $25 per year. New merch will soon be available for an additional cost!
