Flex and Stretch

This class is taught by a physical therapist and will help condition you for every day life activites. The class focuses on maintaining and/or improving your flexibility, strength, and balance, so to alleviate muscle tightness, arthritis pain and stiff joints, and balance. There will not be a class on July 4, 2016.
