Breathe and smile as you stretch and strengthen! Enjoy the journey of life with fortitude, flexibility, and well being. As your body ages, muscles and joints can begin to tighten, which can cause discomfort, reduced mobility, stiffness, and pain. This yoga class, beneficial to people at any age, but especially seniors, can help regain flexibility while reducing aches. In this class you will learn modified poses for safe practice, breathing techniques, and relaxation methods. It is never too late to begin yoga. (No class on Columbus Day-October 9)
