CrossRoads In-Person Training for College Professionals

Training Overview:

CrossRoads is the CFNC application suite that launched Fall 2016. This in-person training will give college admissions and IT professionals a chance to review the new backend system, CrossConnect, and ask any questions you may have since beginning to use the system. 

This training will cover system basics including creating and managing enrollment terms, majors, rules and notifications, as well as how to build and download application and transcript projects. Attendees will also be introduced to new features of CrossConnect such as application tasks and update capabilities of the campus profile and college search.

Seating is limited at each location based on computer lab capacity. Please limit attendance from your campus to 1-3 representatives who either serve as the primary contact(s) and/or currently have a key role in downloading applications and transcripts. Other staff members can take advantage of recorded webinars for the new application suite available now on the CFNC Projects page ( with username and password = "projects". Only registered attendees will be allowed to attend training. Lunch will not be provided, so plan to bring your own or purchase lunch at an on-campus or near-campus location.
