Get up and energized with a small group training session. Limited class size means more attention and all fitness levels can experience great results. Take care of your body and give yourself an hour to discover the benefits of interval training and resistance work. Bring a yoga mat, small set of weights, water and a smile. Make a commitment to training and have some fun with it!

For those that need a more flexible option, we also offer a punchcard pass at 10-classes for $100 or 5-class for $55 (passes are good during the 8 week time period of the class).  This allows you to drop in when you can.  

Dates: Oct: 23, 25, 27, 30. Nov: 1, 3, 6, 8, 10, 13, 15, 17, 20, 22, 27, 29, 30. Dec: 1, 4, 6, 8, 11, 13, 15

Location:  Lake Oswego High School  (Enter the gymnasium for the warm-up. Please bring an exercise mat, 5 lb. dumbells and a bottle of water).
