Measurement, Analysis and Reporting Quality Indicators

Critical to quality assurance and improvement are accurate, consistent and transparent measurement, analysis and reporting of quality indicators - including outcomes, adverse events, care delivery systems, effectiveness and efficiency, and optimization to key audiences (stakeholders).

Risk Reduction and Risk Management

Patient safety and risk reduction require more than analysis and good intentions. Improvements are contingent upon processes that engage relevant stakeholders, allow for the integration of new and/or innovative strategies, drive long-term commitment and support cultural change.

Cancellation Policy
Registrations will be accepted until midnight, June 23, 2014, or as space permits. A cancellation fee of $100.00 will apply until May 23, 2014. After May 23, 2014 the cancellation fee will be 50% of your registration fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after June 23, 2014. No refunds or credits will be given for conference attendee “no shows”. Refunds will be issued within 60 days of Kessler’s receipt of your written cancellation request. Kessler will not be responsible for distributing refunds due to Act of God, illness, unforeseen occurrence or any other event(s) that hinders a registrant’s attendance to this conference. Attendee substitutions are allowed, but notification must be made in writing and received by KIR June 23, 2014. Substitutions will only be granted for paid registrations.

Guest Attendance Policy
All conference activities (including educational sessions, meal functions, exhibit hall, etc.) are exclusively reserved for conference attendees. Non-registered guests are not allowed in the conference areas. Badges provided at registration are required for entrance into all functions and will be strictly enforced.
