  • Tuesday, September 2, 2014, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
GeneSpring provides powerful, workflow driven statistical tools for intuitive visualization and data analysis. Designed specifically for the needs of Biologists, GeneSpring offers an interactive computing environment that promotes investigation and enables understanding of data within a biological context. In this training session, we will show you how you could go from raw data to finding significant measurements to biologically relevant information. Pathway analysis tool will be used to identify enriched canonical pathways involved in the biological process under study. The built-in natural language processing based algorithm allows building of new networks. We will be using GeneSpring 13!
