Overview: 
Negotiating your new job offer is optional but, if you do not negotiate and your friend does, s/he could be making $100K or more than you 30 years later.
 
This workshop helps you overcome the myths and fears surrounding negotiation so that you are stronger and more confident in the process.
 
Attendees will learn:
•   Tools and resources to aid in examining a job offer;
•   Strategies to define which components are negotiable;
•   Ways to reframe the negotiation process;
•   Action steps to assist you in negotiating a job offer;
•   SoMCC resources to assist you during your job search.
