Lunch & Learn: Ten Tips for Successful Fellowships

Thursday, March 23, 2017 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM, Location: MSOB x140  (PST)

I am already supported by Stanford’s guaranteed funding; why should I submit a fellowship?
My mentor said I should write a fellowship, but how should I start?
What resources are available to support me while I write a fellowship?

Discover answers to these questions - and others you didn't know you had - at a special Lunch & Learn Workshop featuring the Biosciences Grant Writing Academy Director, Crystal Botham. Dr. Botham will draw on her experiences writing fellowships as a graduate student and postdoctoral fellow, and will share time-tested strategies for writing stronger grants.

You may also want to sign up in Axess for BIOS 263: graduate student-only proposal writing bootcamp! Read more about this mini-course here: https://biosciences.stanford.edu/current/grants-fellowships/#grad-only-spring-proposal-bootcamp.
