Links:
We will be using Zoom for our live virtual event. The links to join the conference will be sent to your email address the week of August 17, 2026.

Attendance:
We will be using Microsoft Forms for our attendance sign-in and sign-out. Information entered on the sign-in/out form must match registration information. The link/QR code to the form will be posted in the Welcome presentation.

Surveys/Certificates:
Surveys will go out from do-not-reply@onlineregistrationcenter.com a couple of days after the conference to those who fill out the Microsoft Forms attendance sign-in and sign-out. If you do not receive the survey within 14 days of the conference, please notify us at chweducation@corewellhealth.org. Once you complete the survey, your certificate of attendance will automatically be emailed to you from do-not-reply@onlineregistrationcenter.com.

Cancellations/Changes to Registrations:
All cancellations and changes to registrations need to be made by Thursday, August 13, 2026.
