Affinity reserves the right to cancel any class due to insufficient enrollment, severe weather conditions, educator illness or other safety hazard for registrants. A full refund will be given should this occur. For AHS LifeSpan classes, all efforts are made to reschedule the class. If you are unable to attend your class, please call NurseDirect (1-800-362-9900) as soon as possible so that others may attend. A 48 hour or more notice prior to the start of the class is required for a full refund.
