Affinity reserves the right to cancel any class due to insufficient enrollment, severe weather conditions, educator illness or other safety hazard for registrants. If you are unable to attend your class, please call NurseDirect (1-800-362-9900) as soon as possible so that others may attend. A full refund minus $2.00 registration fee can be issued if you cancel within the 1st week of the class start date and you haven't attend any of the classes.
