Registration Cancellation

Cancellation Information:
If your plans change and you must cancel your registration, you can transfer to a different class or receive a full refund.

You must notify Cadre in writing at least 14 days before the scheduled class date to avoid the $100.00 cancellation/reschedule administration fee; otherwise, you will be charged a $100.00 administration fee should you need to cancel or reschedule your class date.

You may only reschedule a maximum of two times. If you reschedule three or more times, you will incur a $100 administration fee per student for each rescheduled class date.

Substitute attendees are welcome provided advance notice is given and substitutes meet course prerequisites.

Whenever possible, Cadre will give at least two weeks' notice if a class must be canceled or rescheduled. In the unlikely event of a canceled class, payment will be refunded or credited to a future class. If rescheduled dates are not suitable, Cadre's liability will be limited to a refund of fees paid. Cadre's liability does not extend to travel or lodging expenses. All cancellations are the responsibility of the customer.
