Course Description
The Art of Cardiovascular Care is a CME-supported conference designed to provide primary care clinicians with up-to-date, evidence-based clincial information for a rapidly changing healthcare environment. Blending science with experience, our experts with Spectrum Health Heart & Vascular Institute will offer ways to help achieve the "art" of optimal and efficient cardiovascular patient care.
Intended Audience
Intended audience includes primary care physicans, cardiologists, mid-level providers, nurses and other primary healthcare providers.
Accreditation and Credit Designation
Spectrum Health Hospitals is accredited by the Michigan State Medical Society to provide continuing medical education for physicians. Spectrum Health Hospitals CME designates this live activity for a maximum of 3.25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)TM. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
Registration Fee
Physician Conference Fee: $100 per person which includes breakfast, CME credits, and lunch
Non-Physicians Conference Fee: $45 per person which includes breakfast, CME credits, and lunch
Optional Golf Outing
After a robust morning of education, we hope you will join us for an afternoon of golf and networking on the lakeshore. The event will take place at Spring Lake Country Club, overlooking beautiful Spring Lake.
1 p.m. Shotgun Start
Registration for the optional golf outing is required.
Golf outing fee: $100 per person which includes golf fee, hors d'oeuvres and prize opportunities
Attire
Proper golf course attire is mandatory for guests while on the golf course and practice areas.
- No jeans or cargo shorts permitted.
- Men are expected to wear a shirt with sleeves and a collar.
- Women may wear sleeved or sleeveless blouses or shirts with collars.
- Golf shoes are to be worn at all times on the courses and practice areas.
