2017 The Art of Cardiovascular Care Conference

The Art of Cardiovascular Care is designed to provide primary care clinicians with up to date, evidence-based clinical information for a rapidly changing healthcare environment. Coinciding with Grand Rapids’ own ArtPrize, our physician experts will offer ways to help you achieve the ‘art’ of optimal and efficient cardiovascular patient care. This CME-supported conference will emphasize practical application of cardiovascular care in the clinical setting.

Intended Audience

Intended audience includes primary care physicans, cardiologists, mid-level providers, nurses and other primary healthcare providers.

Accreditation and Credit Designation

Grand Rapids Medical Education Partners is accredited by the Michigan State Medical Society to provide continuing medical education for physicians. Optional Golf Outing

After a robust morning of education, we hope you will join us for an afternoon of golf and networking at the beautiful Kent Country Club, nestled near the heart of downtown Grand Rapids.

Attire
Proper golf course attire is mandatory for guests while on the golf course and practice areas.

• No Jeans or Cargo shorts permitted.
• Men are expected to wear a shirt with sleeves and a collar.
• Women may wear sleeved or sleeveless blouses or shirts with collars.
• Shorts for both men and women are to be no higher than six inches above the center of the knee.
• Shoes are to be worn at all times on the courses and practice areas.
