To get your certificate of attendance for the virtual In-service please:
  1. Register and join the Virtual In-service via the link or by phone
  2. During the presentation, fill out the attendance sign-in form (form link and QR Code will be in the chat and PowerPoint)
  3. After the presentation, the link to the evaluation will be sent to your email address
  4. Complete the evaluation within 7 days (takes just a few minutes)
  5. Once your feedback is received, your certificate will automatically be emailed directly to you
