Working with Children who have Experienced Sexual Trauma

This workshop will focus on treatment for children who have experienced sexual abuse.  Participants will learn about how children (and their families) can be impacted by child sexual abuse as well as a framework and specific techniques to promote safety, healing, and resolution of trauma. Emphasis will be placed on contextual variables including, age, developmental level, familial context, and nature of abuse for understanding impact and development of treatment interventions.

Registration fee for this training is $45 which includes 3 Continuing Eudcation hours.
