Meeting Classification: SECRET. Pre-registration is required in order to attend this meeting. Anyone planning to attend this meeting must have their clearance verified by ONR Security. This includes ONR personnel. Even If you have an existing clearance at ONR, all attendees must register AND submit your visit request for this specific meeting. If your clearance is not confirmed by ONR by close of business on 28 Feb 2017, you cannot attend this meeting. Clearances will not be verified on the day of the meeting.

ONR BUILDINGACCESS and Security INFORMATION (Please read carefully)
Upon arrival, visitors must check in at the registration desk in the lobby. US federal government employees and/or military personnel displaying a valid CAC card will be admitted as UNESCORTED guests. All other attendees, including US contractors will require an ESCORT. Photo identification will be verified and exchanged for a building badge upon check-in.
No weapons of any kind, Including, but not limited to, pocket knives, guns and self-defense sprays will be permitted building.
Laptop computers must be registered at check-in, so please have the model & serial number ready and allow for extra time to complete the check-in or leave your computer behind.
Purge pocket contents to allow for faster processing through the metal detector. With that high volume of attendees for this event
Please allow plenty of time to complete this process (at least 20 minutes).
