Triple P: Group Lifestyles (In-Person & Phone Session Classes)

Triple P (Positive Parenting Program): Group Lifestyles (is 9 Sessions, 7 in-person sessions & 2 phone sessions)
PPP Group Lifestyles workshop is designed for parents/caregivers of children (ages 5-teen) with weight management needs.  This 9 Session Workshop has each session building onto the next.  Throughout this in-depth workshop we will learn about & discuss topics such as: Preparing for Change; Understanding Nutrition & Increase Self-Esteem; Understanding Physical Activity, Using Rewards & Recipe Modification; Limiting Sedentary Activity, Reading Food Labels & Playing Active Games; Providing Healthy Meals, Snacks & Managing Problem Behavior; Planning Ahead & Using Planned Activities & Keeping up with Healthy Changes.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The registration will close 1 week before the first session to allow participants to complete payment, a pre-assessment for their child/ren & for it to be scored by the facilitator.  After you register, plan to complete a pre-assessment survey through the provided link for your facilitator.

You are registering for all 9 sessions, meeting Mondays, July 6 (in-person 6-8pm), July 13 (in-person 6-8pm), July 20 (in-person 6-8pm), July 27 (in-person 6-8pm), Aug 3rd (in-person 6-8pm), week of Aug 10-14 (20 min phone session), Aug 17 (in-person 6-8pm), Aug 24 (in-person 6-8pm) & 2-3 weeks after class (20 min phone session).  Plus completing a pre-assessment prior to the start of classes.

Cost: $100 per adult or household (up to 2 adults in a household can share class materials)

Confirming Attendance & Class Materials
We will be texting the phone number you provide before the class asking you to confirm your planned attendance.
Confirming your planned attendance & dropping off or mailing payment is required before class materials will be purchased & provided.

We reserve the right to cancel classes for low registrations or pre-confirmations.  Any fees sent in will be returned or refunded for canceled workshops.
