Engaging with Clients who have Psychotic Disorders

This interactive training will focus on building engagement skills for clinicians working with clients experiencing psychotic disorders. The training will explore symptoms of psychosis and connections between psychosis and trauma. Participants will be provided with practical “do’s and don’ts” for engaging with this population. Treatment considerations including assessing for suicidal ideation, psychoeducation and support for caregivers, and shared decision-making models will be explored.

Registration fee is $48, which includes 3 Continuing Education Hours.
