Tuesday, April 26
6:00-7:30pm
MSOB x140

Event Description:
This workshop uses mindfulness meditation, cognitive-behavioral psychology, and positive psychology theory and skills to help graduate students better manage their stress. Presenting the latest findings in the science of meditation and stress management, students will: i) learn frameworks related to meditation and perceived stress, ii) assess their current levels of mindfulness and perceived stress, and iii) practice tools proven to enhance stress management and build mindfulness. By the end of the workshop students will be more empowered to work effectively with stress and increase their mindfulness so they have more clarity, focus, and energy in their day-to-day lives.
