NAMI Parent & Caregiver Support Group: Mental & Behavioral Health

This Monthly Parent & Caregiver Support Group is for parents & caregivers of school-aged children with behavioral or mental health challenges & is offered by: 
NAMI Fox Valley (National Alliance on Mental Illness):  www.namifoxvalley.org 
in collaboration with the Family Wellness Program of Parent Connection:  www.familyservicesnew.org/parent-connection 

This Parent & Caregiver Group provides participants with a relaxed, trusting & safe environment to share with & support others who can empathize with their experiences.  Participants share strategies & coping skills, discover community resources & experience the benefit of mutual compassion.  

Offered the 2nd Monday of Every Month
     In-Person at the Community Early Learning Center, 313 S. State Street, Appleton

Registering for Each Group You Plan to Attend is Highly Recommended
     So we can communicate with details & reminders
     So we make sure to be ready for you (& any children needing on-site childcare)
However, walk-ins are welcomed

6:00-7:30 pm

Cost:  FREE

Free On-site Childcare is Offered 
     Please ONLY list the names & ages of children you want to use our on-site childcare during the group.
     Confirming your childcare needs helps us make sure to have enough staff ready for your kiddos.

Parent Connection Childcare Disclaimer Statement:  Parent Connection is a program of Family Services of Northeast Wisconsin.  Parent Connection is not a licensed childcare provider.  Parent Connection hires fully vetted childcare staff with relevant knowledge & experience to look after the safety & well-being of children in their care, as well as treat their families with dignity & respect.  When we are able, Parent Connection offers onsite childcare at no cost during parent education workshops, presentations & groups.
