AHA HeartCode BLS Course
The Skills Session will allow participants to practice and test their CPR/BLS skills with an AHA instructor at Spectrum Health Ludington Hospital. Upon successful completion of the Skills Session, participants will be issued an AHA BLS completion card, which is valid for two years.
The class will be held Monday, June 25, 2018 from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. in the lower level classrooms at Spectrum Health Ludington Hospital. The fee is $50 per person. Class size is limited to the first 12 people to register.
Preregistration is required.
Prerequisite Computer-Based Program
In order to participate in the hands-on AHA HeartCode BLS Course, you must successfully complete the computer-based program. This course teaches basic BLS knowledge and skills.
Once the online portion of the class is completed, participants have 60 days to complete the Skills Session. A copy of the online course completion certificate is required to attend the Skills Session. The fee to purchase the online training is $28.50, payable to the American Heart Association.
