OVERVIEW
The Office of Naval Research (ONR) plans to conduct an Industry Day to engage industry partners in a CLASSIFIED forum to discuss and present the direction of Naval Science and Technology (S&T) initiatives and programs across ONR’s research portfolio, engage them in solutions to foster capabilities for the Navy and Marine Corps, and solicit feedback on ONR’s initiatives to rapidly transition these solutions to the Fleet and Program Offices. The presentations are intended to provide a holistic view of core and emerging aspects of the S&T programs, as well as capability gaps and transition opportunities that industry innovations could help fill.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION
• ​Pre-Registration is REQUIRED for all attendees. Walk in registrations will NOT be permitted.
• Registration closes on Tuesday, 19 August 2025 at 1600
• Media is not authorized to attend this event
• Registrants without CAC access to ONR will have their information submitted to the Pentagon Visitor Management System for access authorization for the meeting.
Please note, if requested attendance exceeds the capacity of the conference room, it will be necessary to limit attendance of personnel from each organization, and organizations will be notified. ONR will reply via e-mail with the registration confirmation. All expenses for attendance will be borne by the participants.

On-site building parking at One Liberty Center is available to visitors with a valid Department of Defense (DoD) ID at $16 a day (Weekdays Only); general parking is available nearby. Ballston Public Parking Garage at the Ballston Commons is $12/day.

BUILDING ACCESS / SECURITY PROECDURES
Upon arrival, visitors must check in with at the guard registration desk. Photo identification will be required to check-in. US federal government employees and/or military personnel displaying a valid CAC card or DoD building pass and those individuals with a vetted visit request may be admitted as UNESCORTED guests. All other attendees, US contractors or foreign visitors with permanent US residency (bring your green card) will require an ESCORT. Please allow for ample time to complete this process.
•All laptop computers must be registered at check-in. Please have the model & serial number readily available.
•Weapons of all kind. Self-defense sprays, media equipment are prohibited
•Purge pockets to allow quicker entry access

Anyone planning to attend this SECURE meeting must submit a SECRET LEVEL Clearance in advance. **Anyone planning to attend (ONR Staff Included) MUST register in order to verify Clearance - Per ONR SECURITY**

Building Security
- Upon arrival, register with building security

- All laptops are logged (serial # recorded). Have the number ready (not allowed in meeting room though)
- Allow plenty of time to complete this process
- Federal government employees and/or military personnel displaying a valid CAC card above the waist are admitted as UNESCORTED guests
- Contractors, All Non-Government, Non-ONR Contractors and other US visitors will be given an "Escort Required" badge necessitating that the visitor be personally escorted the entire time s/he is with OLC.
