Waiting List For:  ONR Focus Area Forum: Expeditionary Warfare: The Amphibious High Water Speed Challenge

Thursday, August 27, 2015 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

MEETING LOCATION:

Office of Naval Research (ONR)
875 N. Randolph Street
Bobby Junker Executive Conference Center, 14th Floor
Arlington, VA 22203

What it is:  The forum is designed to assist ONR in developing the scientific foundation and advanced technologies in the area of expeditionary warfare: amphibious high water speed vehicles. It will support programmatic decision-making by bringing together researchers and DoD/DoN stakeholders to exchange ideas and discuss research directions and challenges.

How it works:  The Office of Naval Research (ONR) leadership and decision makers will deliver updates on operational issues, S&T challenges and ongoing efforts in the area of Expeditionary Warfare/Amphibious Vehicles.  Participants can request a posterboard display that will be open to the conference attendees to visit during the lunch break information exchange. At this time all available poster slots have been filled.

In the weeks following the meeting attendees will be given an opportunity to  meet with an ONR program officer to followup on topics discussed during the Forum.  These appointments, which can be requested during registration below, will be made at the discretion of ONR based on relevance to the subject matter.
