Intergenerational Trauma CTLE

This training will focus on Intergenerational Trauma.  It will define intergenerational trauma and explain how it differs from historical trauma.  Participants will review which groups have been most affected and symptoms of intergenerational trauma.  They will leave with an understanding of transmission through epigenetic inheritance and how it impacts families. The course will provide examples of what to be cautious of when working with intergenerational trauma and explore treatment options both in and out of the therapy office.

Objectives:
  • Define intergenerational trauma

The fee for this training is $40 which includes 3 CTLE hours.
