Corewell Health Ludington Hospital's Win with Wellness program is hosting a biometric screening on Wednesday, May 3, 2023, from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. at
Lakeshore Resource Network, 920 E. Tinkham Avenue, Ludington, MI 49431.

Biometric Screening
Free screening to measure the key health indicators that are closely tied to chronic disease:

• Body Mass Index (BMI)
• Lipid panel (total cholesterol, HDL, LDL, ratio & triglycerides)
• Glucose Level
• Blood Pressure

8-hour fasting is required. Results will be immediately available. Walk-ins are accepted, however appointments are encouraged.
