This training aims to strengthen participants' skills in developing objective, comprehensive clinical documentation. Participants will learn to identify and document critical variables that inform treatment planning, clearly describe the work completed with clients, and establish a clear connection between assessment, the services provided, treatment goals, and medical necessity.
