A note on using the registration system:‘Customer Profile Required’ error message
If you start the registration process and leave the system idle before completing it, the system will time you out and give you a 'customer profile required' message when you attempt to submit your registration (since it doesn't recognize your login information anymore).To avoid that issue, please be sure to complete the registration process without leaving the system idle for more than approximately 10 minutes.If you do get timed out, you'll need to exit the system entirely, log back in, and begin the registration process again.
