Mercy Medical Explorers Registration Summer 2018

Mercy - Springfield Medical Explorer Post #339 is a youth healthcare career exploration program jointly sponsored by Mercy Hospital Springfield and the Boy Scouts of America Learning for Life program. The overall purpose of Medical Explorers is to provide worksite-based experiences for young men and women ages 15 through 20. Education through observation enables youth to make an informed career decision.

Explorer candidates applying for the Summer 2018 session must attend mandatory Orientation on May 15, 2018 at 5:00pm at the Catherine McAuley Conference Center (Main Hospital; South Entrance; then first hallway to the right) on the Mercy Hospital-Springfield Campus. Candidates must submit the Mercy Medical Explorers Application and Boy Scouts of America Application.

All candidates must register and pay the yearly dues before being allowed to attend the orientation on May 15, 2018 at 5:00pm – 7:00pm at Mercy Hospital – Springfield, Catherine McAuley Conference Center. 

Candidates must bring completed copies of the Mercy Medical Explorer Application AND the Learning for Life Youth Application to orientation.

Yearly dues must be paid t prior to February 6, 2018 through this registration site. 

Registration fees must be paid on-line by credit/debit card only.  We are unable to accept cash or check payments.
